IMPORTANT INFORMATION about the NEXT MINI-WORKSHOP

 

We value your feedback and your continued support!  We hope to make your workshop time with us the best possible experience.

 

 DANCE LIST for the next workshop.

Next Workshop Date: Saturday, January 24, 2009!

 

Time: The Mini-Workshop will begin at 12:30pm and conclude at 5:00 pm.

 

Food/Beverage:  Plan to have lunch before you come or bring it with you.  You may bring in whatever snacks and soft drinks you like.  We will also have water and soft drinks available to purchase for $1 each.

 

Break:  We will plan a 30 minute break in mid-afternoon.  During the break,  songs that are requested for open dancing will be queued up.  You may dance if you choose.   Or just relax, rest your feet, eat your snacks and enjoy the break.

 

Cost: $15 for the Mini-Workshop on Saturday.  We believe you will agree this is a reasonable cost for a primo place to dance.  This is a superior facility with a large wood dance floor with enough space to accommodate everyone who might be interested.

Temperature!!:  The thermostat is automatically set on a timer and we can not control it.  We have requested the lowest setting for the comfort of those who are dancing.  If you are NOT dancing, it is possible that you will be cold. 

 

PLEASE bring a jacket or something with long sleeves that you can wear  in the event you find it too cool for your comfort!

Accommodations:  Some of our friends traveling from Port Charlotte stay for the weekend so they can attend the workshop and the Social.  They recommend the Holiday Inn Select-East Orlando near UCF. 

 

They say that "the price is reasonable, the accommodations were very nice and there was an Appleby's and other eateries very near the hotel.  It was a short drive from the hotel to the Whirl & Twirl" where the Mini-Workshops and the Sunday Socials are held.  Thanks, ladies, for your recommendation!
